There are many things you can do to honor a deceased relative at your wedding.
Heres a list of things we've seen done in remembrance of a loved one:
1. Put out a picture of your grandfather at the reception.
2. Were they an outdoors type of person? perhaps having the wedding outdoors would be a good idea.
3. Designate a specific flower in her memory
4. If your having programs you can mention that you are thankful for his life, and while he isnt there with you now he will always be in your heart.
5. Have his favorite hymn sung during the ceremony
6. Send some flowers like the ones in your bouquet to be left at his/her gravesite.
7. Have a special arrangement made with a candle placed in the middle in remembrance of him/her
8. Play their song at your reception. Something that was special to both you and him/her.
There are numerous ideas that you can do to remember a deceased loved one... Remember that these are what I have seen done at wedding receptions we have been at.
Hope this helps
